Returns & Refunds

At Lotus Pooja we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of receipt to notify us of a return for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our inventory, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable Goods: Fresh produce, Spices, Frozen goods and sweetmeats cannot be returned once delivered.

  • Seasonal Items: Fireworks and specific festival-related items are final sale once the festival date has passed.

  • Safety Items: Opened incense or oils for hygiene and safety reasons.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged (e.g., a broken Murthi or damaged packaging), please contact us within 24 hoursof delivery via WhatsApp or email with a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via WhatsApp at 063 296 3945 or visit us at 84 Barkston Drive, Blairgowrie.

  2. Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or receipt ready.

  3. Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Alternatively, items can be returned in-person to our Randburg store for free.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
